Challenges
). As a nonprofit community-based organization, the most stressful challenge is the increased number of children who reach us looking for support, yet we also have limited resources not enough even for the 30 children we are supporting.
). Short of a reliable funding source to effectively run our activities to fully support vulnerable children. We rely on funds raised by the church members out of their small income to put in this charity work.
). Presently, still renting an office space in which to conduct and coordinate the organization’s activities. This becomes a challenge when the tenancy elapses at a time when funds are not available.
). Lack of transport means like a motorcycle which would make it easy to coordinate the program activities among the beneficiaries of the program and around the community.
). With limited with office equipment such as computers, printers, and digital cameras to help us do effective information sharing and storage. This has also affected us much in pictorial reporting as we lack a digital camera.
